Corporate & Commercial Law Program (CCLP) Corporate & Commercial CERTIFICATE REQUIREMENTS Law Program Minimum Credit Requirement: 26 GPA Requirement: Must be in good standing Faculty Director: Professor J. Robert Brown, Jr. 1. Complete the following three (3) core courses: Corporations (L4190) Commercial Law Survey (L4131) Accounting for Lawyers (L4006) 2. Complete one (1) of the following courses: Bankruptcy (L4090) Securities Law (L4528) Trial Practice (L4635, preferred section for CCLP students) 3. Complete an experiential learning opportunity through one (1) of the following options: Option 1 – (1) Complete a Critical Thinking Seminar; (2) Meet the Upper Level Writing Requirement in an approved CCLP course; and (3) Complete an approved Externship emphasizing CCL. Any one course may not count for more than one of these requirements. Option 2 – Community Economic Development Clinic (L4703) 4.
