Moreover, in the contemporary world, development is inconceivable in the absence of sustained research and development activities. Undoubtedly, scientific research must be conducted primarily in higher education institutions, in academic and research laboratories. In this context, the scientific research of young people - students, master students and, in particular PhD students - acquires special meanings and its stimulation is a duty of honour to academics and supervisors at all levels.
