In addition, a unique partnership with the U.S. Army War College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania provides EPFP Fellows with training in strategic leadership concepts. The EPFP provides a comprehensive approach to knowledge and skill-building with a two-day opening retreat, nine full-day seminars in Harrisburg, one regional leadership forum, and one national policy seminar during a ten-month period.
