Kickboards, Pull Buoys, Aquajoggers, Fins, and Delta Bells are available for use at this time. Youth lap swimming is allowed at the discretion of the lifeguard. REC SWIM - See times above The slide, water polo balls, tubes (main pool only) and floating fishes (wading pool only) are available to use. The Jungle Run will be out on Wednesday nights. There is also a Rec swim, in the wading pool only, from 11 am - 1:30 pm Monday - Friday. SENIOR WATER EXERCISE - Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:00 - 9:55 am A moderate cardiovascular workout plus stretching, strength, and muscle toning exercises. Great exercise and great fun. Included with your general admission or pass; please sign in at the front desk. WATER AEROBICS - Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 10:00 - 10:55 am, 6:00 - 6:55 pm This low impact workout combines muscular strength and endurance with cardiovascular training for individuals of all sizes and fitness levels. Included with your general admission or pass, please sign in at the front desk. SWIMMING LESSONS American Red Cross certified Water Safety Instructors provide swimming instruction year round. See the current EPRD Activity Guide for lesson times and rates. OPEN KAYAK Bring your kayak, or try one of ours. Patrons 12 and older can practice kayaking in the pool on Friday night from 8:30 - 9:30. Children 4 years of age and under must be directly supervised in the pool by a person 16 years or older in a swimsuit in the water. Children 5 - 8 years of age must be directly supervised at all times by a person 16 years or older from the pool deck or in the water.
