CHANGING LIVES... BEASCOUT.ORG The Cub Scouting Program The Cub Scouting program is a year-around program that boys and girls can join at anytime. It's flexible enough to work with other programs that youth may also be involved in. Cub Scout activities are centered around earning badges that are specific to each school grade level. This badge represents a rank. All of the activities for each rank are in the Cub Scout handbooks. Lions (Kindergarteners) Kindergarteners and their parents work together in activities that are age-appropriate and fun. Bobcat (All New Scouts) First-time Scouts, before advancement. Tiger (1st Grade) Youth and parents work one on one with other families to prepare Scout for Cub Scouting. Wolf (2nd Grade) Learn new hobbies and teach skills that will be useful during Scouting years. Bear (3rd Grade) Scouts meet regularly in small groups to work on projects. Uniforms, badges, games, sports, fun] Webelos Scouting (4th & 5th Grades) Scouts prepare to join a Boy Scout troop while learning outdoor skills and participating in many adventures.
