SPEED >>> Bike training is meant to build cardiovascular function for endurance along with lower body speed and strength. Stationary bikes have interval training modes used to help mimic the starts and stops of competitive basketball play while building explosion when the RPM (Revolutions Per Minute) meter rises. To mimic this with a regular workout, here’s a routine to get you started. Make sure you bike with a helmet that meets the Consumer Product Safety Commission Standards.
