Land valuations overview: Central Highlands Regional Council On 31 March 2021, the Valuer-General released land valuations for 12,373 properties with a total value of $4,377,890,518 in the Central Highlands Regional Council area. The valuations reflect land values at 1 October 2020 and show that Central Highlands Regional Council has increased by 70.9 per cent overall since the last valuation in 2018. Rural values have generally increased significantly overall. Non rural valuations have increased slightly overall. The movement of land values varied across the Central Highlands Regional Council area.
