The role of Service Quality Supervisor will be to travel service our varied network of services actively engaging with customers and drivers to ensure we uphold the highest standards and deliver the best possible service. Tasks will include: quality • Checking service quality standards including vehicle, driver and bus stop presentation • Undertaking revenue checks on board our vehicles supervisors • Working with operations colleagues and external agencies to identify potential fraud • Working as part of the wider Go South Coast team to assist during major events and periods of disruption to deliver the best possible service to our customers • Supporting our drivers whilst out on the road • Engaging with customers, answering queries and recording feedback The role is largely self managing with the successful applicants working with the operations management and supervisory teams to identify and pro-actively respond to issues that arise across the network. The successful applicants will have a high degree of self motivation, excellent communication skills and a strong desire for continuous improvement. An analytical approach to work and ability to work shifts including weekends, evenings and the occasional night shift is required. Because of the nature of the role the successful applicants will be required to work from any of our depots across Go South Coast and will be traveling extensively across our network.
