The Good, The Bad, The Ugly The legislature had a chance on May 1st to increase female representation on the MUSC Board of Trustees from 0% to 18% (should be 51%) by voting for two highly qualified women, Marva Smalls and Susan Pearlstine, who were running against a former legislator and the brother (a Republican*) of a current legislator.
