SKAGIT COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH Developmental Disabilities Program Resource Guide 1 Welcome! The Skagit County Developmental Disabilities Program provides a range of supports and services to enhance the lives of Skagit County citizens with developmental disabilities and their families. Some of the resources are local to our community, while others are regional or national organizations that may be beneficial to you. Because we could not fit every relevant resource into one guide, we would like to refer you to another community resource for assistance with basic needs such as food and shelter, as well as drug and alcohol treatment, counseling, and volunteerism.
