Adding a user to your Google calendar STEP ONE: We need to identify and save the user id url from service titan for step #2. Under settings, go to technicians (settings>technician). Once the technician you want to add is open, look at the url in the address bar, it will look something like: https://go.servicetitan.com/#/Settings/technicians/Edit/28524621 In this case, 28524621 is the ID. Should look like the image below. Copy the url to your clipboard and continue to the next step…. STEP 2: Now to add the user to calendar. Go to the calendar in your g-suite and click on “add calendar”, then select “add from url” and paste in the url you copied from step #1. Whenever the owner of an iCal you've subscribed to makes changes to the events, Outlook on the web updates your calendar.
