Recommendations The Committee are asked to note and comment on the progress made at Appendix A, B and C. Report 1. The Local Joint Committees began with a series of 5 pilot meetings in 2007. There are now 28 committees of this nature held around the County. 2. The Market Drayton and Rural Parishes Local Joint Committee now covers the areas of Market Drayton, Norton in Hales, Woore, Cheswardine, Childs Ercall, Hinstock, Sutton Upon Tern, Hodnet and Stoke upon Tern. 3. This report provides the funding history from the first meeting held on 20th May 2007 until the most recent meeting held on 25th March 2009.
