A mixed use building including retail, office and residential space together with a separate 800 car parking structure was designed linking an Historic rail station to a potential growth area in an urban environment. DDE employed 3-D CAD modeling within a rendering using existing condition photography to create a realistic view of the proposal. The architectural design of the proposed structures is in keeping with both the style of the Historic station and the scale of the neighborhood. mm^ ,---pr r~ (••?;;,- T^i^iinr iq^irniSlpJiS:!
