3rd National Pilgrimage to Lipa Circular 2006-20 To: All Priests and Religious of the Diocese, Our CBCP President, Archbishop Angel N. Lagdameo, and the Archbishop of Lipa, Most Rev. Ramon C. Arguelles, in the name of all the Bishops of the Philippines have given their support to the LAY MARIAN ORGANIZATIONS’ initiative to call for a THIRD NATIONAL PILGRIMAGE TO LIPA for Conversion, Consecration, and Reparation on September 12, 2006. It will be a day of Prayer for the Country, for the sanctification of our Clergy, of our Bishops and Priests, and of the leaders of our Nation. We have much to pray for to our Blessed Mother. We will accompany our prayers with C-O-R: Conversion, Life-Offering, and Reparation. September 12 will be the Feast of the Holy Name of Mary and this National Pilgrimage will give us the opportunity to experience once again our Marian devotion as our way towards personal and social transformation. The Day of Prayer will be concluded with a Concelebrated Mass in Lipa Church at 3:30 P.M. with His Eminence, Ricardo Cardinal Vidal, the Bishops and Clergy in attendance. I encourage a delegation from the diocese will represent Novaliches in Lipa. For those who can not attend the celebrations in Lipa, since all The Clergy of the Diocese will be on Annual Retreat September 11-15, the Diocese of Novaliches is organizing a special Eucharistic Concelebration at The Good Shepherd Cathedral on September 15, 2006 (Friday) at 7:00 P.M.
