NEAL Governor PURSUANT to section 10AA(2) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1978, I certify that, in my opinion, it is necessary or appropriate that the following regulations come into operation as set out below. Section 13(5f)(b)—Prescribed hardware and building materials and prescribed percentage Citation 1. The Shop Trading Hours Regulations 1992 (see Gazette 19 December 1991 p. 1955) are referred to in these regulations as "the principal regulations". Commencement 2. These regulations come into operation on the day on which they are made. Substitution of reg. 6 3. Regulation 6 of the principal regulations is revoked and the following regulation is substituted: Section 13(5f)(b)—Prescribed hardware and building materials and prescribed percentage 6. (1) The hardware and building materials set out in Schedule 2 are prescribed for the purposes of section 13(5f)(b) of the Act. (2) The percentage of the aggregate price of all hardware and building materials sold at a shop for the purposes of section 13(5f)(b) of the Act is 20 per cent. MGE 104/99 CS R.
