About the conclusion of purchase guarantee contract As announced in the "Notice regarding business alliance at the Company’s consolidated subsidiary Gro-bel Co., Ltd." dated October 29, 2020, Gro-bels has entered into a business alliance agreement with Nihon Hoshou Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Nihon Hoshou". Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Ryuichi Atsuta) in regards to real estate investment-type cloud funding business. The purpose is to provide purchase guarantees to the rental properties handled by "Ooya.com" to differentiate from competing products when constructing products and services related to real estate investment type crowdfunding. Nihon Hoshou has already started the guarantee business in the loan-type crowdfunding business, but this is the first attempt in the investment-type crowdfunding business. 3. About "Ooya.com" "Ooya.com" (https://www.cf-ooya.com) is a real estate investment product that can be started from a small lot investment with the basic concept of "Anyone can easily become a landlord". Since the processes of application, contracting, withdrawal and deposit can all be completed online, investors are able to proceed without face-to-face interaction. Investors can invest in various rental properties that Glo-bels owns and plans to own, and Glo-bels will perform all the tedious building management and procedures such as tenants’ moving in or out. Reports will be issued regularly to investors.
