GOVERNMENT OF JHARKHAND COMMERCIAL TAXES DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION S.O. 207 dated 31.03.2006 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 4 and sub-section (1), of Section 69 of the Jharkhand Value Added Tax Act 2005 (Jharkhand Act 05, 2006), the Governor of Jharkhand is pleased to appoint the Authorities specified in Column-3 of the Table hereto annexed to exercise and perform the powers and duties respectively conferred and imposed on such Authorities by or under this Act, within the local units of the Area mentioned in corresponding entry in the 4th Column of the said Table.
