UTSA Olympians ____________________________________ 46 Park West Athletics Complex TSA broke ground at the Park West Athletics Complex on April 10, 2012, and it officially opened its new 1,000-seat track & field and soccer facilities on Aug. 16, 2013. The complex Uis a joint-use project made possible through the 2003 Bexar County and 2007 City of San Antonio bond elections and the 2008 Bexar County Venue Tax election.
