This agreement ensures a seamless transition for Andrew College graduates who select GICA baccalaureate degree granting institutions to further their post- secondary career. “Andrew’s faculty does a tremendous job preparing students for further study at a baccalaureate degree granting institution”, said Academic Dean Jason Goodner. “This agreement affirms the quality of our academic programs and ensures a seamless transfer of credits with our fellow GICA members”. This articulation agreement increases the number of transfer options for Andrew College graduates who seek to earn a baccalaureate degree. The agreement states that students having a minimum 2.0 GPA for all academic work completed at Andrew College and an associate degree from Andrew College will automatically be admitted to any participating GICA member four-year institution. Andrew College President, David Seyle, said he appreciates Dean Goodner’s leadership by providing our graduates greater access to pursue a bachelor’s degree. President Seyle stated further that coupling our existing agreements with neighboring regional public institutions enhances Andrew’s ability to meet the needs of students in Southwest Georgia.
