Specifically you requested: "All documents related to the Commission's investigation, determination and/or resource allocationfor MURs 4568,4633,4634,4736, 4783 and 5294 and the related court case. " You also requested an enumeration often (10) items that you specifically wanted encompassed in the above referenced broader request. Enclosed please find records responsive to your request. Due to the size of your request documents will be released to you on a rolling basis. In previous conversations with Eyana Smith of the FOIA Requester Service Center, you indicated that upon review of the first batch of responsive depositions, you will determine whether your search can be narrowed to exclude such documents, or limit it to only certain documents of interest. If you are able to narrow your search after reviewing these documents, please send an email to the Service Center ([email protected]) revising your request immediately so that we can process the remaining documents accordingly. Narrowing your search may also result in you retrieving responsive documents in a more timely manner. This letter does not constitute a final determination, and thus is not subject to appeal.
