I just moved to the area in July 2014, and had no idea there was this 11/18/2014 5:12 PM ridiculous ordinance that prohibited one-use bags. It's not a problem in Lewis County where I lived for 10 years, so what's the problem here? People throwing trash out of their cars? I never do that; yet I am the one prohibited from getting them because I'm responsible and use them more then once or twice? 36 Don't really remember, but I watch the City Council discuss it on TV 11/18/2014 5:10 PM 37 I saw a sign at my office. Once we get them home, we used them for trash bags, 1/9/2015 3:04 PM dirty diaper bags, etc. Why does it have to say "single-use" on this question? This is rigged.
