Friday, December 14, 2018 No. 3X Contains: House Deadlines; Unsigned Sponsor List; Meetings and Notices HOUSE CALENDAR MEMBERS OF THE HOUSE: As required by the New Hampshire Constitution, the House will meet for the convening of the 2019 session on Wednesday, January 2, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. and then proceed into Joint Session with the Senate to hear the report of vote totals for Governor and Executive Council from the Secretary of State. On Thursday, January 3, 2019, the House will assemble at 11:15 a.m. to meet jointly with the Senate for the inauguration of Governor Christopher T. Sununu. If you do not plan to attend the session on Janu- ary 3rd, please inform the Clerk’s Office at 271-2548 so your absence can be noted and your seat can be used for guests. The House Rules Committee will be meeting on Wednesday, December 19th, at 10:00 a.m. in Room 301 of the Legislative Office Building. If you have any proposals for changes to House Rules or if there is a matter you wish to bring before the committee, please notify the House Clerk in advance.
