Professor Rafael Beyar Chief Executive Officer & Director General, RAMBAM healthcare Campus Professor Rafael Beyar is the CEO and Director General of the Rambam Health Care Campus in Haifa. Previously, he served as the Dean of the Rappaport Faculty of Medicine at the Technion as well as Professor of Biomedical Engineering and Medicine. Beyar was the Director of the Division of Invasive Cardiology at Rambam as well as a Visiting Professor at Johns Hopkins University for several years. Professor Meir Litvak Director, Center for Iranian Studies, Department of Middle Eastern and African History, Tel Aviv University Meir Litvak, received his Ph.D from Harvard, is a Professor at the Department of Middle Eastern History; Director of the Center for Iranian Studies and a senior research fellow at the Dayan Center for Middle Eastern and African Studies at Tel Aviv University.
