Scholarship Book (student version) 2021 Introductory Information This Scholarship Book (student version) contains descriptions of all scholarships currently administered by the Baraboo Community Scholarship Corporation (BCSC). Only one application form is necessary to be considered for any or all of these scholarships. Application forms are available at the Baraboo High School guidance office or through the media center computer. High school transcripts are available in the high school guidance office. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that the application is completed properly and timely, that all transcripts are sent, and that both letters of recommendation are sent. The entire Scholarship Book (student version) is available online (in January, 2021) at: http://www.barabooscholarships.com The application, references, and transcripts must be returned to BCSC by Sunday, February 28, 2021 or left in the High School Guidance drop box by Sunday, February 28, 2021. Applications postmarked or left in the High School Guidance drop box on or later than March 1, 2021 will NOT be considered for scholarships. If a number is omitted in a specific scholarship, the criterion does not apply. For example, if number (5) is omitted from the list of criteria, that means (5) Class percent is not a consideration for that scholarship. Be sure to read each item on each page carefully, because every scholarship is different. You may not qualify for one, but may qualify for another. Be sure to apply if you qualify for any of our scholarships.
