The Project Advisor services will include: - Assist with development of the Statement of Requirements for the replacement and construction of two new schools. - Assist in the procurement process to select the successful contractor and design team to deliver the two new schools - Perform the duties of Project Advisor throughout the design and construction phases, and establish processes to confirm the project meets the School District requirements, on time and on budget. Belmont Secondary School replacement and the Royal Bay secondary are anticipated to have a 2,000 capacity, grades 9-12. Glen Lake will be 1,200 and Royal Bay will be 800 with a core of 1,200.
