Santa Rosa has roughly doubled in size since the last in- depth analysis of its local transit network and the travel markets it is designed to serve. This Comprehensive Operational Analysis (COA), known as “Reimagining CityBus”, provides an opportunity to reevaluate the existing services. Through a series of analyses and a comprehensive community engagement process, Santa Rosa CityBus has defined a new vision for itself and for how the system should grow over the next ten years.
