Mr. Anderson's capture of the critics' prize completes a cycle that began two years ago. At that time the drama judges for the Pulitzer Prize committee agreed unani­ mously that Mr. Anderson's "Mary of Scotland" had been the season's best offering. The general Pulitzer committee thereupon over-ruled its own judges and gave the award to "Men in White."
