The internship was facilitated through the PACE Business planning manager program, which is unique to Macquarie. While interning, Microsoft Australia I also undertook two PACE units. Both were really beneficial as the intern program itself was very intense and engaging, and the units helped me reflect on my experience. The practical nature of studying at Macquarie helped me greatly in developing initiative and communication skills, which are essential in succeeding in my graduate role at Microsoft.
