Montrose was appointed by InfraCap (ICM) as an independent consultant to conduct an ESIA / ESMP. The key objective of this report is to scope and plan the content of the ESIA / ESMP Report to provide relevant project and procedural information to prospective lenders/financiers and provide guidance to ICM in terms of environmental and social management aspects. The document also provides review comments on the existing ICM ESMP.
