Speaktomeofsummer and Stunning Sky are the lone graded- stakes winners in the Tropical Park Oaks, which is set for a mile- and-one-sixteenth on the turf and is co-featured with the $75,000 Tropical Park Derby. Trained by Christophe Clement, who was recently crowned the leading trainer at Aqueduct’s Fall Meeting that concluded Dec. 6, Speaktomeofsummer won the Grade 2 Lake Placid Stakes ahead of Stunning Sky in second going a mile on the turf at Saratoga on July 18. The two fillies faced off again in their next start going a mile-and-an-eighth in the $500,000 Saratoga Oaks with Stunning Sky finishing second to Antoinette while Speaktomeofsummer was fourth.
