Annex 4 - SNGPF Special Land Use Permits and Road-Right-of-Way Permit. Since SNGPF is situated in public forestlands, special land use permits from the DENR are required in order to temporarily utilize the land for other purposes. A Road-Right-of-Way permit is also needed to maintain the road network within the project site. The special land use permits secured by PNOC EDC for SNGPF include the following: * Emergency waste water pond; * Temporary facility site; Production field pipeline; * Pipeline corridor; * Well pad site; Power plant site; and * Spoil disposal site. 5. Annex 5 - SNGPF Watershed Management Programs and Accomplishments. This annex summarizes PNOC EDC's historical accomplishments in watershed management in SNGPF in areas such as reforestation, forest protection, and extension services, which involves the social forestry program. A background on the company's early experience in the implementation of the social forestry program in SNGPF in is presented the documentary entitled 'First Successes: The PNOC EDC Social Forestry Experience" Enclosed is a copy of this documentary in VCD format. 6. Annex 6 - Corporate Social Responsibility and Community Relations Accomplishments. This is a summary of PNOC EDC's accomplishments in improving the quality of life of the communities surrounding SNGPF through our corporate social responsibility initiatives as well as related programs and in fostering good relations with these communities since inception. 7.
