The national broadcast may only be used to determine winners of or payouts for a race that is shown live on the national broadcast in its entirety. If a race is not shown live and in its entirety, then all wagers on that race must be refunded to patrons and no other source may be used to determine winners of or payouts for the race. Additionally, notices must be prominently displayed throughout the book indicating this fact to patrons. 2. The race results and start times for the aforementioned events must be included in the 5% sample size required by Race and Sports Minimum Internal Control Standard #69. For those licensees who submitted written requests related to horse racing at Churchill Downs on April 30, 2021 and May 1, 2021, this Notice is hereby deemed a response to those requests. .
