The bid should be submitted on-line in the website www.tendersorissa.gov.in by eligible class of contractors of Government of Odisha or of equivalent class of other State Government / Railways/CPWD/MES. The bidders should have the necessary Portal Enrolment (with his own Digital Signature Certificate). The registered bidders of outside Odisha , can also participate in this process, after necessary Portal Enrolment, but shall have to subsequently undergo registration with the appropriate authority of the State Government before award of the work. 1. Bid documents consisting of qualification information and eligibility criterion of bidders, plans, specifications, drawings, schedule of quantities and abstract of estimate of the various classes of work is available in website www.tendersorissa.gov.in.All bidders must have to furnish the information on work in hand in complete shapeas per enclosed proforma (Proforma-II) failing which their tenders are liable for rejection. 8. The bid for the work shall remain open for acceptance for a period of ninety days from the last date of receipt of bids. If any Bidder / Tenderer withdraws his bid/ tender before the said period or makes any modification in the terms and conditions of the bid, the said earnest money shall stand forfeited. 9. The EMD amount noted against the work as per annexure is to be submitted in the form of FDR/NSC/KVP/POTD Passbook duly pledged in favour of Executive Engineer concerned. The scan copy of the EMD shall be up loaded & the EMD shall be physically produced before office of the concerned Circle/ Division/ EIC's Office before the date & time of opening of the technical bid as mentioned in the table above. 10. The cost of tender paper is Rs.10,000/-+VAT5%=Rs.10,500/- per set. (Non-refundable) only to be produced in shape of D.D in favour of OSRRA. The scan copy of the paper cost shall be up loaded & the D.D shall be physically producedbefore office of the concerned Circle/ Division/ EIC's Office before the date & time of opening of the technical bid as mentioned in the table above. 11. Contractors desirous of hiring machineries from outside the State are required to furnish EMD @ 2% of the amount put to tender as mentioned in Column 3 i.e. double the amount specified in Column 4 of the table.
