Students will create a poster about one influential black American from the past 100 years. The poster should be a full size poster (22x28 inches) and can be any color. The poster will include: - The person’s name in a visible font. - A picture of the person. - A five paragraph essay on your chosen subject that will include an introduction, accomplishments, why the person is notable, why you chose the person and a conclusion. - Additional pictures and symbols that represent talents or character traits of the person. You can also produce Word Clouds to enhance your project from www.tagxedo.com and www.wordle.net . The person you chose should have had a positive effect on US History.
