It was normal during the years 2004,2006 and 2009. Excess rainfall was received during the years of 2005, 2007, 2008 and 2010. DRINKING WATER FACILITIES FLOURIDE IN DRINKING WATER Fluoride has beneficial effects on teeth at low concentrations in drinking-water. Excessive exposure to fluoride in drinking-water can give rise to a number of adverse effects. These range from mild dental fluorosis to crippling skeletal fluorosis as the level and period of exposure increases. TOTAL DISSOLVED SOLIDS(TDS) "Dissolved solids" refer to any minerals, salts, metals dissolved in water. Dissolved solids come from organic sources such as leaves, silt, fertilizers and pesticides used in farms and from industrial waste and sewage. High TDS results in undesirable taste which could be salty, bitter, or metallic. High TDS indicates Hard water, which causes scale buildup in pipes and valves, inhibiting performance. HEALTH FACILITIES NATIONAL ANTI MALARIA PROGRAMME PLASMODIUM PLSMODIUM FALSIFORM(PF) VIVAX(PV) CAUSES TOTAL POSITIVE CEREBRAL COUNTS = PF+PV MALARIA MORE DANGEROUS NATIONAL ANTI MALARIA PROGRAMME IF PF IS MORE DRUGS THAN 30 PERCENT DISTRIBUTED BY IN AN AREA THEN NAMP ARE THAT AREA IS PRIMAQUIN AND TREATED AS HIGH CHLOROQUIN. RISK ZONE NATIONAL ANTI MALARIA PROGRAMME TO PREVENT SPRAYING OF MALARIA FROM CHEMICALS IS SPREADING, BASED ON THE CHEMICALS ARE ANNUAL PARASITE SPRAYED TO THE INDEX(API) DWELLINGS NATIONAL ANTI MALARIA PROGRAMME CHEMICALS 400 GRAMS OF SPRAYED ARE : DELTA METHRIN DDT IS ADDED TO TEN LITRES OF WATER MELATHIAN AND SPRAYED DELTA METHRIN AND THIS IS THE MOST EFFECTIVE CHEMICAL. NATIONAL ANTI MALARIA PROGRAMME INSECTS SURVEY THE SPECIES IS CARRIED OUT IDENTIFIED IN BY THE HASSAN DISTRICT ENTOMOLOGIST ARE : AND THE SPECIES ANAPHYLIS ARE IDENTIFIED.
