Maps of each municipality were created using ArcMap and information collected from the County’s Geographic Information Systems (GIS) database. This Plan was the culmination of a 3-year study conducted entirely in-house by the professional staff. The Plan centers on 12-Primary Elements and offers 62 recommendations that provide a framework for investment which supports the Plan’s goals of economic development, preservation, and coordination among government entities.
