Legal Aid to Needy is a Constitutional Commitment that has been knowingly violated by Mr Vikul Pathak to the aged financially poor senior citizen by unjustifiably refusing it. He is not prepared to allow the Same Advocate for legal recourse on Compensation from the MD of ICICI Bank Limited and also by refused to provide another Advocate so as to compel to go to Private Advocate by paying fees to the Private Advocate for the Litigation which the undersigned poor cannot afford and his right to justice is unduly stalled. As usual, the Empowered Law Minister of India Mr Ravi Shankar Prasad is keeping mum on my request and has done nothing to direct the Patron-in- Chief and Head of GHCLSC at Gujarat High Court at Ahmedabad Mr Justice Vikram Nath the Chief Justice of Gujarat High Court at Ahmedabad. In view of the above, Police Inspector at Vejalpur Ahmedabad is requested to file FIR against Mr Vikul Pathak and Mr Ravi Shankar Prasad for Corruption; Arrest them and Prosecute them in Ahmedabad Court.
