Adoption of the draft agenda The draft agenda was adopted. 2. Hearing: "What policies are needed for sustainable European tourism?" A decision on the concrete application of the D'Hondt system was postponed to the next coordinators' meeting when an illustrative table would be made available. A decision on the nomination of a senior member responsible for gender mainstreaming was postponed. The secretariat was asked to examine the current situation on new language interpretation in view of the technical material the committee had to examine and consider which solutions might be possible. 7. Appointment of rapporteurs and draftspersons - decision on procedures The following was agreed Protocol amending the Agreement on maritime transport between the European Community and its Member States and the People's Republic of China: chairman to act as rapporteur. Council Decision on the conclusion of the Agreement between the EU and Chile on certain aspects of air services: chairman to act as rapporteur Romania's progress towards accession: no action Bulgaria's progress towards accession: no action Renate Sommer, Jillian Evans and Ewa Hedkvist Petersen to report on negotiations reaching 1st reading agreements. 8. Community Air Traffic Controller Licence TRAN/6/22666 Rapporteur: Ingo Schmitt (EPP-ED) - Vote and adoption of a draft report ***I 2004/0146(COD) COM(2004)0473 - C6-0076/2004 Amendments adopted: 24, 28, 5, 6, 7, 8, 30, 9, 10, 32, 40, 11, 43, 45, 1, 13, 14, 2, 15, 16, 3, 4. Decision: The draft report was adopted with 36 votes in favour,1 against and 1 abstention. 9.
