The SASB ETC is an important part of this ceremony. As members of the St. Andrew’s Society of Baltimore were piped aboard the U S Coast Guard Cutter Taney, marking the 74th Anniversary of the attack on Paarl Harbor. SASB ETC assist USCGC Taney officer in The ceremony included Alan Walden as master of “Wreath Memorial” ceremonies, introducing the USMC Color Guard, U S Coast Guard guest speakers and a survivor from 7 December 1941. Along with the speakers, the SASB Scottish Humor ETC was introduced with Col. Al Schdel presenting a memorial talk on action of that day.
