A number six is printed on adhesive tape and adhered to the William Valenti backing magnet used to secure the ID badge to clothing. The badge was placed in a Trillium (2010-2013) Health envelope with handwritten text “NAME BADGE AIDS CARE 2010-2013” Folder VAL-16: Invoice dated February 18, 2010 for radio play on dates February 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, 2010. Valenti papers – Radio Product labeled “Get It Done Program.” The invoice was produced by Monroe County Advertisement Invoice Broadcasting Co, Ltd. and addressed to Jackie Dozier of AIDS Care, Minority AIDS Initiative, (2010) PC. Folder VAL-18: Trillium Health information sheet with attached seed packet announcing “AIDS Care is now Valenti papers – Trillium Health.” Describes Trillium Health’s purpose, information about wildflowers like Trillium Health seed Trillium, and planting information guidelines. The packet of seeds is stapled to the paper and packet and labeled “Red Trillium” from The Vermont Wildflower Farm, Charlotteville, VT. A QR Code is information flyer (ca. located in the bottom right corner of the page. The paper has a stain in the upper right corner 2013, undated) and a blue pen mark on the front. Folder VAL-19: Valenti papers – Invitation card for Dr. Bill Valenti 25 years of Invitation card to awards ceremony recognizing Dr. Bill Valenti’s 25 years of service at Trillium service award Health, Thursday October 23, 2014. 2014 Founder’s and Community Partner Award also ceremony (2014) scheduled for that evening. Folder VAL-20: Valenti papers – “Valenti Inventory” is dated January 10, 2015 through February 7, 2015 and lists the contents Valenti Inventory (by folder, and box, with title and description) of a collection previously donated to the (2015) Rochester Medical Museum and Archives of Rochester, New York. No author is identified. Folder VAL-21: Valenti papers – Ending the Epidemic letter from NYS DOH, Trillium Health Ending the Epidemic postcard, Trillium Health letter and letterhead, and World Ending the Epidemic letter from NYS DOH, Trillium Health Ending the Epidemic postcard, AIDS Day postcard Trillium Health letter and letterhead, and World AIDS Day postcard (one of which hass “Bill” (2015) written in pen upon it). Letters appear to be photocopies and were Folder VAL-22: Materials document The Sue Cowell Community Recognition Reception to be held by the Gay Valenti papers – Sue Alliance of the Genesee Valley on May 2, 2015. The reception, titled “On the Shoulders of a Cowell Community Giant,” awards Sue Cowell with the “Shoulder to Stand On Triangle Award” and announces a Recognition Reception scholarship fund established in her name. Dr. Bill Valenti is listed as a host of the event and a script, program, and founding member of the scholarship fund. Included are the event program, scholarship fund donation form (2015) donation form, and scripts of Dr. Valenti’s speech and host Tim Thompkins speech.
