
NOTICE City of Racine Residents COMPUTER & ELECTRONICS RECYCLING If you have an old computer or electronics that you wish to recycle, American TV & Appliance and Best Buy stores now offer the following services for old, unwanted electronic products: u Smaller electronic items such as cameras, camcorders, mobile or cordless phones, MP3 players and more can be recycled at no charge. People should deposit them in the drop boxes inside the front entrance of all American and Best Buy stores. u Many other electronics can also be dropped off for recycling at no charge, including TVs smaller than 27 inches, desktop computers, printers, stereo receivers, tape players/recorders, speakers, VCRs and DVD players. u TVs 27 inches and larger, laptop computers and computer monitors can be recycled for a $10 fee. There is a limit of two items per household per day at both American and Best Buy stores. American and Best Buy have partnered with licensed recyclers to recycle these electronic products for its customers and employees. For more information, see http://americantv.com, http://bestbuy.com.
