Youth Square Service Arrangement (29 January 2020, Hong Kong) Reducing the risk of Novel Infectious Disease transmission is our top priority, Youth Square announced today that venues for hire will be temporarily closed from now until further notice, venues for hire include Y Theatre, Y Studio, Y Platform and Multi-purpose Area which include Music Studio, Multi-Purpose Rooms, Dance Studio, Dance Room, D.I.Y. Studio, Piano Rooms, Interest Group Room, Creative Studio, 2/F Exhibition Area, 5/F Exhibition Area, Interest Group Art Work Display Area. Except for the above and the meeting zone on the 5/F and 6/F of Youth Square, services of Youth Square including Y Loft and catering facilities will remain. In relation to the temporary closure of venues for hire, the programme “Hand-carved Mahjong Demonstration” presented by Youth Square on 1 February at Y Studio and the programme “Movie Moment” presented by Youth Square on 3 and 4 February at Y Theatre will be cancelled. Youth Square facilities include the 643-seat Y Theatre, Y Studio, multi-function areas and the Y Loft which has 148 guest rooms. Youth Square has been conducting events under three themes, include “Music & Dance”, “Arts & Culture” and “Community Engagement”.
