Yes Ballot Question: Green Space Taxes sporting goods stores (i.e. hunting, fishing, and camping) and sets the money aside for environmental preservation. No Ballot Question: Business Court Creates a parallel, superior court system for businesses whose justices are appointed instead of elected. Yes Ballot Question: Timberland Fred Swann, the Democratic nominee for Commissioner of Agriculture, understands the need to preserve our environment and ensure the ease of conducting business in the State of Georgia. On balance, Swann believes that voting yes on the Timberlands amendment is the best choice. .
