This report reflects the employment status of those who graduated with an MBA or MS degree from the Zicklin School of Business during the 2019–20 academic year. About the Zicklin School of Business Located in the heart of New York City, the Zicklin School of Business offers an unmatched combination of quality, affordability, and convenience with a stellar reputation in business education. As an AACSB- accredited institution, Zicklin is part of Baruch College, a senior college in The City University of New York that consistently ranks among the region’s and nation’s top performers in academic excellence, diversity, and value. The Graduate Career Management Center (GCMC) at the Zicklin School of Business is dedicated to providing the school’s graduate students and alumni with the tools and resources necessary to successfully manage their careers. The GCMC offers a suite of services including individualized career advisement and assessment as well as strategic workshops and trainings in personal branding, mock interviewing, effective communication, and successful networking techniques. The GCMC’s Employer Relations team partners with myriad employers for on-campus and off-campus recruitment activities. These include campus recruiting, just-in-time recruiting needs, corporate site visits, speaker panels, case competitions, and networking events. Work-sponsorship information is self-reported by students, and a number of them did not report their information. Therefore, the total number of reported students is greater than the combined total numbers of those who do not require sponsorship to work in the U.S. at any time after having graduated, and those who do require sponsorship to work in the U.S. at some time after graduating.
