It’s dry and light, fresh and fruity, the perfect cider any time of year. 2. German-style Kölsch, Saint Arnold Lawnmower, Houston, TX 4.9% 12 oz 6.00 Originally brewed in Cologne, this beer is crisp and refreshing, yet has a sweet malty body that is balanced by a complex, citrus hop character. Multiple additions of German Hallertauer hops are used to achieve this delicate flavor. We use special Kölsch yeast, an ale yeast that ferments at lager temperatures, to yield the slightly fruity, clean flavor of this beer. Fancy Lawnmower Beer is a world class brew yet light enough to be enjoyed by Texans after strenuous activities, like mowing the lawn. 3. Blonde, Southern Star Bombshell, Conroe, TX 5.25% 12 oz 6.00 Brewed with American Pale and Vienna malt that combine to give this ale its distinctive smooth, creamy body. Just enough hops are added to this rich, golden colored ale to perfectly balance its bready finish. Fermented at a cool temperature to give a clean finish. 4. “Copper Ale”, Buffalo Bayou 1836, Houston, TX 5.7% 12 oz 6.00 This beer combines two of our favorite flavors: a sweet and toasty measure of Victory malts counter-balanced with the earthy, woody, Powerful, but balanced aromatics of citrusy & floral American & British hops. The bready, biscuit flavors of Victory Malt (an American spin on the Belgian Biscuit malts) finishes clean leaving a dry roast on the mouthfeel. 5. America IPA, Saint Arnold Art Car, Houston, TX 7.1% 12oz 6.00 An American IPA featuring a blend of both new and old hop varieties from the Pacific Northwest. Tropical fruit aromas followed by citrus notes and a light sweet malt body that leads to complex hoppy flavors. The Art Car IPA is an ode to the Houston tradition of beer and artisan craftwork. 6. Coffee Porter, 8th Wonder, Houston, TX 4.6% 12 oz 7.00 Porter infused with cold brew coffee and milk sugar. A pleasantly robust dark roast complemented by subtle, creamy sweetness.
