BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND, 26 That: 27 (1) The Board of Public Works may borrow money and incur indebtedness on 28 behalf of the State of Maryland through a State loan to be known as the Maryland 29 Consolidated Capital Bond Loan of 2021 in the total principal amount of $1,107,427,000 30 $1,006,370,620 $1,106,370,620. This loan shall be evidenced by the issuance, sale, and 31 delivery of State general obligation bonds authorized by a resolution of the Board of Public 32 Works and issued, sold, and delivered in accordance with §§ 8–117 through 8–124 and 33 8–131.2 of the State Finance and Procurement Article.
