PHARMACY THESIS: Research work on the project entitled “Preparation and Assay of Pancreatin” was carried out under the supervision of Professor Dr. M. Ashraf and thesis was submitted to University of the Punjab Lahore – Pakistan for degree of M. Pharmacy in 1974. 2) Ph. D. THESIS: Research work on “Aspects of Pharmacology of aminoglutethimide and related compounds” was carried out under the guidance of Professor Paul J. Nicholls, Head of Pharmacology division, Welsh School of Pharmacy, UWCC, Cardiff, U.K. The thesis was submitted to the University of Wales, U.K. for the degree of Ph.D. in 1988. 3) POST DOCTORAL FELLOWSHIP: One year Post Doctoral Fellowship was completed in Pharmacology Department, Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, Kirksville, Missouri – U.S.A. This study was supported by a grant by NIDA(National Institute On Drug Abuse)/INVEST(International Visiting Scientists & Technical Exchange Program), provided by National Institute of Health U.S.A. Dr. Nissar A. Darmani, Professor of Pharmacology, was the MENTOR for this research program. RESEARCH GUIDANCE PROVIDED: As a research guide supervised the following theses. 1) Ph.D. Thesis: i.
