Labor provisions - DOL has concern over three elements of Title XI; 1) Expansion of the list of offenses that serve as a basis for disbarment from Union office; 2) Extension of the Taft-Hartley bribery provisions to unions not previously covered by that Act; 3) Amendment of the Hobbs Act to make violence in connection with labor disputes a federal offense.
