Squamish-Lillooet Regional District Electoral Area D Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 1135-2013 SQUAMISH-LILLOOET REGIONAL DISTRICT BYLAW NO. 1135-2013 A bylaw of the Squamish-Lillooet Regional District to adopt an Official Community Plan for Electoral Area D. WHEREAS the Board of the Squamish-Lillooet Regional District wishes to adopt a new Electoral Area D Official Community Plan; NOW THEREFORE, the Regional Board of the Squamish-Lillooet Regional District, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. This bylaw may be cited for all purposes as ‘Electoral Area D Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 1135-2013.’ 2. Schedule A, being the text of the Electoral Area D Official Community Plan, is attached to and forms part of this bylaw. 3. Schedule B, being the Plan Maps of the Electoral Area D Official Community Plan, is attached to and forms part of this bylaw. 4. Schedule C, being the text of the Howe Sound East Sub-area Plan, is attached to and forms part of this bylaw. 5. The Electoral Area D Official Community Plan (OCP) Bylaw No. 495, 1994 is repealed.
