I’m proud to have kept that tradition alive while construction has been ongoing. SUBSTANCE John Hatch, Master Brewer Ram Quarter is set in the grounds of the old Young’s Brewery, a site where beer has been brewed since 1533. Despite Young’s closing in 2006, a small-scale brewery has been kept on-site during the development period, ensuring that Ram continues as Britain’s oldest working brewery.
